ArPar

A private browser for Android that fits in about 10 MB

ArPar keeps your browsing on your phone, blocks ads and trackers from the first page, and asks for no account.

What makes ArPar a private browser? It stores your history, bookmarks and tabs only on your device, blocks known ad and tracker domains before they load, and has a private mode that keeps no history and no new cookies. It is not a VPN and does not hide your IP address.

What private mode does

One honest limit: sites you were already signed in to may still recognise you, because Android shares one cookie store across the whole app. ArPar says so in the prompt before you turn private mode on.
