Automation that connects the tools you already use.

YourTechConsultants, led by Raghav Palriwala in Indore, builds business automation that connects the tools you already use: WhatsApp Business workflows, Playwright browser automation, Google Apps Script, and ERP and SQL integrations. I design each one with you, wherever you are. Most projects start with a written Workflow & Data Audit, so you see the plan before you commit.

Book a callabout your workflow

Signs the work could be automated.

Someone retypes the same data from one tool into another, day after day.

Orders, enquiries or updates arrive on WhatsApp and are handled by hand.

Someone copies figures from a website or an ERP into a spreadsheet every week.

The steps are fairly stable, even if nobody has written them down.

What you end up with.

  • Before I build

    A written recommendation

I will propose what to automate and which tools it touches, where a person still checks the result and how a run could be reviewed afterwards. It also says what I need from you, what is in scope and the risks I would plan for.

  • The build

    A working automation

It runs on the tools you already use, built with whichever fits: a WhatsApp Business workflow, Playwright browser automation, Google Apps Script, or an ERP or SQL integration.

The tools behind it.

I choose the lightest tool that does the job, and I tell you why. If your tool is not listed, send me its name and I will say how I would approach it.

  • WhatsApp Business
  • Playwright
  • Google Apps Script
  • ERP integrations
  • SQL

How an automation project runs.

  • First callI ask which tools are involved, how the work reaches your team today and which steps someone still does by hand.
  • The AuditA workflow audit of how the work moves today.

The Audit ends with a written recommendation, and you can stop after it.

Read the Operations Suite case

The WhatsApp CRM is coming as a SaaS product.

The WhatsApp Business CRM in the Operations & Analytics Suite, which runs bulk campaigns with Gemini assisting, is in the pipeline as a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product for other businesses, together with the Loyalty app. Read about the WhatsApp CRM and the Loyalty app, and register your interest so I can prioritise what comes first.

Questions about automation.

Can you automate a website that has no API?

Often, yes. Playwright drives a real browser, so it can do what a person does on the page. I check the site’s terms first, because some forbid automated access.

Do I have to replace the tools my team uses?

No. The point is to connect what you already use. If a tool blocks that, I say so in the proposal and suggest the smallest change.

What about WhatsApp message fees?

Platforms such as WhatsApp can charge their own fees for messages. Those are running costs, separate from the build, and I list them in the proposal.

What decides the cost?

Five things decide the cost, and How I work lists them. For automation, I would ask first about the integrations, meaning how each tool lets a program in, and about who runs it afterwards.

Who looks after it once it is built?

That depends on the system. I raise it in the proposal, because it changes both the design and the cost.

Tell me the workflow you want gone.

I read every message and reply personally.

Write to me

Two or three sentences is plenty, for example: “Orders arrive on WhatsApp and someone retypes them into the ERP” or “Every Monday I copy figures from a website into a sheet”. No client data, please. If you would like a call, say which days suit you.
