Subscription Order Manager: orders, dispatch and instalments from a phone
Subscription Order Manager is an installable app for businesses that take orders by phone or WhatsApp, ship them month by month and collect payment in instalments. It tracks every order, each month’s dispatch and each customer’s account. YourTechConsultants sets it up for your business with your own branding and layout.
What it does
One app runs the whole cycle of a subscription or staged-delivery business, from the order to the last instalment.
| Orders | Pick a saved customer, choose the products or months, enter the amount and the terms. The date fills itself in and quantities use steppers, so there is almost no typing. |
|---|---|
| Dispatch | Status sits on each month of an order, not on the whole order: pending, packed, sent, delivered. Update any selection of months in one batch. |
| Instalments | The order value splits into equal instalments by your terms (one-time, monthly, quarterly, annual or a custom interval), with due dates generated. |
| Payments and ledger | Each payment is recorded with its date and amount. The app works out what has been received, the balance, the next due date and anything overdue. A running statement for each customer lists every order as a charge and every payment as a credit. |
| Overview | A dashboard of this month’s orders, what needs packing or sending and the balance outstanding, and a customer directory with lifetime value, received and balance. |
| Your data | One-tap backup and a spreadsheet export, so the data is never trapped. |
| Access | An installable web app that opens full-screen from the phone’s home screen and works offline. No app store. |

Who it is for
Subscription Order Manager is for businesses that run their orders from a phone and a notebook today.
Good fit if
- You take orders by phone or WhatsApp and write them down.
- Your product ships month by month, or in stages, and you need to see what has gone out.
- Customers pay in instalments, and you need to know who owes what and when it falls due.
- The person running orders is not a software user, and the app has to take less time than the notebook.
Your branding, your layout
Subscription Order Manager is open to new businesses. YourTechConsultants sets it up with your own name, logo and colours, and a layout shaped to how your team works, so the app looks and feels like yours.
Where it comes from
The app started as Kit Orders, which YourTechConsultants built for Kushagra, a monthly children’s activity-kit brand. It replaced a phone-and-notebook routine there and is being rolled out for daily use.

Home: the month’s totals and every order’s status.
One order: each month’s status and the instalment panel.
Customer ledger: charges, payments and the running balance.
The screens show sample customers and amounts.
Questions about Subscription Order Manager
What is Subscription Order Manager?
It is an installable app for orders, dispatch, instalments and customer ledgers. It takes each order, tracks every month’s dispatch from pending to delivered, splits the payment into instalments by your terms and keeps a running ledger for each customer.
Who is Subscription Order Manager for?
Businesses that take orders by phone or WhatsApp, ship month by month or in stages, and collect payment in instalments, such as a subscription brand sending a kit every month.
Can it carry my own branding and layout?
Yes. YourTechConsultants offers custom layouts and rebranding, so the app carries your name, logo and colours and follows the way your team works.
Does it work offline, and does it need an app store?
It works offline. It is a Progressive Web App, so one link installs it to the phone’s home screen, a change reaches everyone when it is deployed, and nobody needs an app-store account or an APK.
What decides the cost?
How much of the layout and workflow is tailored to your business. I start with a conversation and then send a written proposal. How a project starts shows what is fixed and what varies.
