What I collect, and why.
I collect only what you choose to send me: by email or on WhatsApp. These pages have no contact form, and I collect nothing through them. I use what you send to reply to you. These pages set no cookies themselves and load no third-party scripts.

Who is responsible
YourTechConsultants, led by Raghav Palriwala, is responsible for the personal information described on this page. It is based in Indore, India. On this page, “I” means Raghav Palriwala.
What I receive
You choose what to send. This site has no contact form, so nothing reaches me until you send an email or a WhatsApp message yourself. I receive:
- By email. Your email address, any name shown with it, and what you write.
- On WhatsApp. Your phone number and what you write.
Where an Email or WhatsApp button fills in a subject line or message for you, it can name the service you were reading about. You can change it before you send.
I ask for nothing else.
Why I collect it
I read your message and reply to you. That is the only purpose.
Who sees what you send
I read what you send me.
- Email. Your mail provider and mine handle the message, each under its own terms. The same is true if you and I arrange a call by email. A copy stays in my inbox until I delete it, or sooner if you ask.

If you message me on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link on this site opens a chat with me in WhatsApp, with a short message already typed. Nothing is sent until you send it from WhatsApp.
- Who processes it. WhatsApp, run by Meta, processes the message under its own privacy terms. This site does not receive or store what you send.
- What I see. I see your phone number and what you wrote. I use them to reply to you, and I do not add either to any list.
- How long I keep it. The message stays in my WhatsApp until I delete it, or sooner if you ask.
Other places your information touches
- Hosting logs. Cloudflare serves these pages. Like most hosts, it may keep technical logs of requests, which can include the address a request came from and the page asked for. Its own privacy terms apply.
- Cookies and scripts. These pages set no cookies themselves and load no third-party scripts.
- Other sites. Links to other sites, such as Upwork, Google Play, LinkedIn and GitHub, are ordinary external links. When you follow one, you leave this site, and that service’s own privacy terms apply.
Keeping and deleting
If you do nothing, an email stays in my inbox until I delete it. A WhatsApp message stays in my WhatsApp until I delete it.
You can ask me to delete what I hold about you at any time. Email me, or message me on WhatsApp, and say so. I delete your emails from my inbox and the chat in my WhatsApp.
Copies in your own mail account or on your own phone are yours to delete whenever you like. Your mail provider and WhatsApp handle the message under their own terms.
What you can ask me for
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, a correction, or deletion. To do so, email yourtechconsultants24x7@gmail.com, or message me on WhatsApp. Say which one you want, and which email address or phone number you wrote from, so I can find your message.
If you have a complaint about how I handle your information, write to the same address. I read it and reply personally.
