WhatsApp CRM with AI integration
YourTechConsultants built a central WhatsApp CRM for Puranmal Sons, running on the company’s own WhatsApp Business account. It went live in April 2026, and it already handles 30% of all company conversations.
Puranmal Sons’ leadership commissioned, reviewed and approved the CRM. Raghav Palriwala, the founder of YourTechConsultants, has been a Partner at Puranmal Sons since November 2024, and YourTechConsultants continues to build the products it requests.

Problem
Puranmal Sons has more than 12,000 customers. Each of them needs invoices, delivery updates, payment receipts and payment reminders.
Too many people to reach by hand
Daily communication at that scale was very difficult.
No single source of truth
Customer conversations were spread across individual WhatsApp chats held by company staff.
Only invoices were automated
The central ERP sent invoices on WhatsApp, but from its own WhatsApp Business account and name. Every other message was manual and offline.
What was built
A central WhatsApp CRM, on the company’s own WhatsApp Business account, with its own branding and details. Several people use it, each with their own login.
One inbox, every conversation tracked
Every conversation is tagged with the user handling it, so the owners can monitor each one. Conversations can be tagged as unread, overdue for a response or by customer profile, and carry private notes, reminders and scheduled messages. All images, PDFs and chats are stored in the company’s own database.
Linked to the ERP
Invoices now go out from the company’s WhatsApp Business account. Payment reminders and dispatch updates are automated.
A collections module
A tuned debtor list, with the reminder frequency set per customer. It is fully customisable and automated. Bulk schedules and reminders sit alongside it.
Sales pipeline and analytics
Leads move across a kanban board, and analytics show how each agent is doing.
On every device
It is a web app that can be installed on Android. Optional automated replies use Gemini.
How it was designed
YourTechConsultants built it as a web app. It works on any platform and is easy to update: a change goes onto the server once, and nobody has to update anything on their own device.
Result
In numbers
Over 90% of the debtor list reminded in a day, up from about 5%

All communication and its history now sit in one place, and each conversation shows the agent who handled it, so agents are accountable.
Invoices reach customers faster, conversations close their loop, and payment recovery cycles are shorter.
Customers now ask far less often for invoice copies, dispatch updates and ledgers.
What it looks like

The WhatsApp CRM is an upcoming SaaS product.
The same CRM is in the pipeline as an upcoming SaaS product for other businesses. Register your interest, and say what you would use it for.
Tell me what you would use it for. The interest I receive decides which product comes first.
Tell me the workflow you want automated or upgraded.
I read every message and reply personally.
Write to me
Two or three sentences is plenty, for example: “Customers ask me the same questions on WhatsApp and I answer by hand” or “I chase payments one message at a time”. No client data, please. If you would like a call, mention day and time for the call.
