Delete your Declare account
Declare: Card Game · Published by Your Tech Consultants
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open Declare and go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account….
- Read the confirmation and tap Yes, delete everything.
Your account is erased straight away and you continue as a new guest. If you are seated at an online table, leave the table first.
Option 2: without the app
If you have uninstalled Declare or lost your phone, email yourtechconsultants24x7@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Declare account.
- Include your Player ID if you still have it (Settings, then Account, then Player ID).
- If you signed in with Google, write from that Google address, or tell us which address it is.
- We may reply to confirm that the request is yours before we act.
- We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming the request, and usually much sooner.
Guest accounts that you cannot identify with a Player ID are deleted automatically after 365 days without a connection.
What is deleted
- Your account and your device's link to it.
- Your Crowns balance and its ledger.
- Your leaderboard entry (name, avatar and wins).
- Your profile and stats backup, if you had secured your account.
- Your friend code, your friends, friend requests, blocks and recent players. You also disappear from other players’ friend lists and recent players.
- Reports made about you. Reports you made are kept for review (up to 180 days) but no longer linked to you.
- Your Google sign-in link, including the Google identifier and email address we stored.
- Your Google Play Games restore link, if you had turned it on: we remove our note of it and ask Google Play Games to delete the anonymous recognition code it holds for you. You can also remove it yourself in Play Games settings.
What is not deleted straight away
- Records of recent matches you played are removed on their own schedule: up to 24 hours for unfinished matches and up to 7 days for finished ones.
- The record of when your account connected and left is removed after 30 days. Anonymous usage statistics are not linked to your account (they carry no account ID), so deleting your account does not remove them; switch off Share anonymous usage in Settings to delete the ones we hold for your phone straight away, otherwise they are removed after 180 days.
- Results stored on your own phone are not on our servers. Clear Declare's storage in your phone's settings, or uninstall the app, to remove them.
Deletion cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
